Morning dedicated to visiting Vigevano
The guided tour will start from the Duomo and the famous Piazza Ducale, a jewel of the Renaissance, considered among the most beautiful in Italy, built between 1492 and 1494; we will then go on to discover the majestic Castello Visconteo-Sforzesco, with the falconry, the keep, Bramante's tower, the Strada Coperta and the Rocca Vecchia and the stables, admired and reproduced by the Tuscan genius.
The Shoe Museum will be visited. The Pietro Bertolini International Footwear Museum originates from the passion that prompted Cavalier Bertolini as early as 1930 to collect historical footwear, documents, memorabilia, and various objects related to the world of footwear. From the time of its precious bequest to the city of Vigevano, the collection has continued to grow and today boasts a vast and valuable holdings, enriched over time by donations and acquisitions.
