Itinerary
Day 1 2/01/2025: Italy - Rovaniemi
Depart with ITC Neos flight from Milan to Rovaniemi.
Arrival and transfer to an Arctic Lodge located just outside Rovaniemi, only 20 minutes away. Delivery of thermal clothing and accommodation in your own Panorama Hut, located in the heart of the boreal forest. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 3/01/2025: Rovaniemi - Husky Safari and dinner in Kota
Buffet breakfast. Free morning for optional activities or to travel to Santa's Village, using the lodge's free shuttle. Afternoon devoted to two authentic Lappish experiences, departing from your own Arctic Lodge where the activities that will be covered will be described. Transfer on foot to a "Farm" where Huskies are bred. We will come into contact with these beautiful animals before starting the forest trail in sleds pulled by mute dogs, a 5km route that winds through snowy plains, forests and frozen streams. In the evening, have a typical dinner in an authentic Lappish Kota to enjoy traditional local dishes in a picturesque setting.
Day 3 4/01/2025: Rovaniemi - Snowmobiles and lunch in the forest
Buffet breakfast. Meet with a local assistant in the lodge lobby and transfer to a farm to take possession of your snowmobile and begin an adventurous and fun-filled ride through the snowy slopes of the boreal forest. The trail will end with a Lappish lunch around the campfire and inside a natural and picturesque setting. Return to the lodge after about 4 hours and settle into your own Panorama Hut. Afternoon at leisure for individual activities, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4/01/2025: Rovaniemi - Italy
Buffet breakfast and transfer to the airport in time for boarding your flight to Italy.
