In November 2025, the spaces of Fondazione Prada in Milan will host the prestigious Riccardo Muti Italian Opera Academy.
Conceived by Maestro Riccardo Muti, the Academy is a world-class training program dedicated to young conductors and répétiteurs, offering a unique opportunity to experience the living essence of great music. The 2025 edition will be entirely devoted to one of the absolute masterpieces of the operatic repertoire: “Don Giovanni” (1787) by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

The Academy begins with an opera presentation by Riccardo Muti, followed by a series of open rehearsals with orchestra and choir, all conducted by the Maestro himself.
The program culminates in two not-to-be-missed events: the final rehearsal by the young conductors, and the closing concert conducted by Riccardo Muti, scheduled for Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 7:00 PM. An extraordinary opportunity to experience the emotion of great music up close, under the guidance of a global icon in orchestral conducting.
