DAY 1 - The hills of Monferrato

Individual arrival in Monferrato and check-in at Villa Morneto Relais (or similar accommodation).
Arrival in late morning is recommended to make the most of the structure's services and the beauty of the area.

Monferrato, the green heart of Piedmont, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site thanks to its breathtaking landscapes, authenticity, and rich food and wine culture.

Afternoon dedicated to relaxation by the panoramic pool overlooking the hills.
Welcome aperitif with local wine tasting.
Overnight stay at the relais.

DAY 2 - Vineyards, Wine Tastings and Nature

After breakfast, visit to a local vineyard with wine tasting in a traditional winery.

Light lunch at the winery or picnic among the vineyards: a basket full of local products and a bottle of wine to enjoy the Monferrato countryside at its best.

Return to the accommodation in the afternoon.
Typical dinner featuring local dishes paired with fine Monferrato wines.

DAY 3 - Historic Villages and Authentic Flavors

Breakfast and departure for a visit to one of Monferrato’s historic villages.
Casale Monferrato, where you can admire: The Cathedral of Sant’Evasio, The Castle of the Paleologi, The charming old town with shops and cafés.

Afterwards, enjoy a tasting of local cured meats or cheeses at the picturesque Borgo Affinatori in Stalla – a truly authentic experience of local tradition and flavor.

Free afternoon to relax at the relais.

Gourmet dinner at I Due Buoi restaurant, located in a historic villa and renowned for its culinary excellence.

DAY 4 - The Underground Cathedrals of Canelli

After breakfast and check-out, transfer to Canelli for a visit to the historic Contratto Winery, home to the spectacular Underground Cathedrals, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Guided tour of the winery, including the story and traditional production methods of their wines.
Tasting of 4 Alta Langa DOCG sparkling wines, paired with local specialties: breadsticks, salami, cheese, and salted hazelnuts from small Piedmont producers.

End of services.
