The ski area is among the largest and most spectacular in Italy: 350 km of slopes wind through stupendous mountains (including Matterhorn and Monte Rosa) and connect the Italian resorts of Cervinia and Valtournenche with Switzerland's Zermatt in the Matterhorn Ski Paradise ski area.
