Meeting of participants and meeting with Clio Viaggi tour leader at Milan Linate airport. Departure in the direction of Los Angeles. Meals and entertainment on board.

DAY 2 Los Angeles - Kingman Thursday, 8/21/2025
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart early in the morning for a visit to Los Angeles, the famous "City of Angels," an immense metropolis the size of Lombardy, made up of several neighborhoods and boroughs stretching to the sea. You will admire the famous Hollywood Boulevard with the iconic Grauman's Chinese Theater, the Walk of Fame and Sunset Boulevard, and then conclude with a tour of the Downtown district and its beaches.
Free lunch in Hollywood.
In the early afternoon, the tour will continue to explore the great American West: departure in the direction of Kingman, crossing the Mojave Desert, a high plateau with numerous salt ponds, named after the native "Mohave" Indians.
En route, stop in Barstow, on the famous Route 66, the "Mother Road."
Arrive in Kingman in the evening and settle into your reserved rooms. Free dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 3 Kingman - Grand Canyon - Page Friday, 8/22/2025
Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning departure for the Grand Canyon and visit one of the
seven wonders of the world. Nothing can prepare you for the immensity that lies before you when
the immense crater of the Grand Canyon is revealed before us but let's give some numbers: 29 km
in diameter, 1900 meters deep and 446 km long Colorado River that runs through it
at its base, providing an extraordinary contrast between the deep red of the rocks and the blue
of the river water. Those who wish may take the optional flyover excursion over the Grand
Canyon (bookable locally). Free lunch.
In the afternoon we will drive through the Painted Desert (Painted Desert), passing by the old Cameron Trading Post (Exchange Center) where we will make a stop. Trading Posts can be found throughout the American West and
represented the meeting point between native Indians and traders who traded their goods here. Each Trading Post had a storehouse, a kitchen, an icehouse, dormitories,
a meat smokehouse, an animal pen, and a craft store where a
carpenter worked.
Continue in the direction of Page arriving in the evening. Accommodation in reserved rooms at the hotel.

DAY 4 Page - Lake Powell - Horsehoe Bend - Saturday, 8/23/2025
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning dedicated to visiting Lake Powell, a man-made lake created on the Colorado River with the construction of Glen Canyon Dam. Located on the border between Arizona and Utah, it is one of the natural treasures of the United States.
Free lunch. Afternoon transfer to Horseshoe Bend, one of the most iconic places in the great American West, where the waters of the Colorado River, green in color contrasting with the red sandstone, slowly flow 277 degrees around the curved formation.
The geological history of Horseshoe Bend began five million years ago, when the Colorado Plateau rose up, trapping in its beds the rivers that flowed through it. Among them, the Colorado River is the one that carved deepest into this plateau, thus creating this spectacular canyon, unique in the world.
Return to hotel in Page. Free dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 5 - Page - Antelope Canyon - Monument Valley - Moab
Breakfast at the hotel. We depart early in the morning for a visit to Antelope Canyon, one of the most photographed places in the world, where the sun's rays penetrate the high walls of the narrow canyon, creating spectacular light shows and incredible photo opportunities. We will then continue on to Monument Valley Tribal Park, ancestral land of the Navajo Indians. The breathtaking scenery here is characterized by tableaux, plateaus and pinnacles, each of which has an evocative name given to it by the natives. Here we will take an exciting Navajo-guided Jeep tour and enjoy a lunch prepared by the natives, immersed in the heart of Monument Valley-a unique experience.
Arrive in the evening in Moab and settle into your reserved rooms. Free dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 6 - Moab - Arches National Park - Canyonlands.
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning we will visit another famous national park: Arches (Arches), a symphony of colors and shapes created by the forces of nature. Arches National Park is situated on an underground salt bed called the Paradox Basin, which is responsible for the formation of arches, spirals, balanced rocks, sandstone peaks and eroded monoliths.
Free lunch. In the afternoon, we will continue to a scenic overlook point from which to view Canyonlands National Park, with its varied-colored landscape eroded by the Colorado River and its tributaries, which have created canyons, tableaus and plateaus.
Return to hotel in Moab. Free dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 7 - Moab - Capitol Reef - Bryce Canyon - Tuesday, 8/26/2025
Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning departure for Bryce Park. Along the way we will pass through Capitol Reef National Park, an area characterized by cliff-like rock walls culminating in white sandstone formations.
Free lunch. Arrive in Bryce Canyon and tour the park, famous for its intricate pattern of pinnacles and caves. The emblem of Bryce are the Hoodoos, the highly distinctive rock formations sculpted by millennia of rain and wind.

DAY 8 - Bryce Canyon - Zion National Park - Las Vegas - Wednesday, 8/27/2025
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, visit Zion National Park. The highlands and vistas of Zion are breathtaking: here we notice a greater presence of conifers and green shrubs, peeping through the rocks, giving the scenery a more mountainous connotation. Free lunch.
Skirting the Virgin River, we will re-enter the Mojave Desert and continue on to Nevada, with an expected arrival in Las Vegas in the late afternoon, just as the myriad lights of its spotlights begin to turn on, transforming the city into a mirage emerging from the desert area that surrounds it.
Dinner at leisure with an evening at leisure for discovering Las Vegas by night. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 9 - Las Vegas - Death Valley - Mammoth Lakes - Thursday, 8/28/2025
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Death Valley (Death Valley), the largest national park in the continental United States.
Free lunch.
Continue northward with arrival in the evening at Mammoth Lakes, a ski resort at 2,500 meters, located at the foot of Mt. Mammoth, which exceeds 3,000 meters, nestled in a beautiful coniferous forest.

DAY 10 - Mammoth Lakes - Yosemite National Park - Oakhurst - Friday, 8/29/2025
Breakfast at the hotel. Very early morning departure in the direction of Yosemite National Park, the second largest national park in the United States and the most popular nature tourism destination in California. The Yosemite Valley presents magnificent scenery, with rock formations and majestic waterfalls. Nestled in the mountains, Yosemite National Park is renowned for its waterfalls and granite walls.

Accommodation in reserved rooms at a hotel in Oakhurst, just a few miles from the south exit of the park.

DAY 11 - Oakhurst - 17 Mile Drive - Monterey - San Francisco - Saturday, 8/30/2025
Breakfast at the hotel. From the Yosemite area, you will drive through the region in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, the scene of California's Gold Rush, and then head to Monterey, California's first capital city. After a stop in this beautiful coastal town, you will drive along 17-Mile Drive, one of the most spectacular stretches of road in the world, known for its exclusive golf courses, scenic views with cliffs overlooking the ocean and typical wildlife.

In the early afternoon, depart for San Francisco, arriving in the evening. Free dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 12 - San Francisco - Sunday, 8/31/2025
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day dedicated to a guided tour of San Francisco, considered one of America's most beautiful cities: the Civic Center, Union Square, Chinatown, Golden Gate Park, Twin Peaks and Fisherman's Wharf, from which you can see Alcatraz Island.
Free lunch.
During the city tour, we will also stop in the seaside village of Sausalito, located across the Golden Gate Bridge, with a ferry ride back to San Francisco to admire the skyline view from the bay. Famous for its grand Victorian-style houses, its cable cars, its welcome to the different, its beautiful waterfront and famous red bridge, the "City by the Bay" truly lacks nothing.
Farewell dinner at a restaurant and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 13 - San Francisco - Italy - Monday, 01/09/2025
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure for optional activities or final purchases.
