Itinerary
Day 1 Monday, 20.03.2023
Early morning departure from Milan Rogoredo Station to Rome Termini by Italo train in second class. Arrival and transfer on foot to 3* star hotel only 5 minutes from Termini Station. Accommodation in reserved rooms and time at leisure for lunch.
In the early afternoon, transfer by reserved coach to approach St. Peter's Square. Meet with the guide and take a walking tour of ancient Rome to discover the city's main attractions.
At the end, free time for individual activities. Free return to the hotel. Dinner at restaurant within walking distance, overnight.
Day 2 Tuesday, 03/21/2023
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure for individual visits and free lunch. At 1 pm transfer by reserved coach to the Vatican Museums. Guided tour of the Museums, the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. After the visit is over, time at leisure for individual activities. Walk back to the hotel. Dinner at restaurant within walking distance, overnight.
Day 3 Wednesday, 03/22/2023
Breakfast at hotel and early morning transfer by reserved coach to St. Peter's Square to attend the papal audience of Pope Francis. The audience will be held in St. Peter's Square or the nearby Nervi Hall, depending on the weather. Unique and unrepeatable experience. After the hearing which will last about 1 hour and 30 minutes, time at leisure for individual activities and free lunch. In the early afternoon free return to the hotel to collect luggage and transfer to reserved coach in time for departure by train to Milan Rogoredo.
