Overview

A trip to Puglia to discover the region’s great artistic, cultural and natural heritage. Trani dominated by the Cathedral and the Swabian Castle; Castel del Monte, nestled in the typical Apulian landscape, appears to us as in a fairy tale. After a visit to the characteristic trulli of Alberobello, we arrive in Ostuni, the “White City.” Heading further south we reach Lecce, a city of art in the heart of Salento. An excursion to Otranto, the ancient center of Salento and the easternmost point of the Italian peninsula, cannot be missed. Completing the tour is a visit to Matera, the capital of Basilicata, for a tour of the famous Sassi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
